Maintenance (optional)
Essentiel maintenance

Hosting on a server located in France, security certificate (HTTPS), weekly backups, updates, site monitoring and one small change per month (up to 15 minutes, does not roll over).

Sérénité maintenance

Everything in Essentiel maintenance, plus up to 1 hour per month (does not roll over) covering your changes, the quarterly site review and updates to your Google Business Profile.

Maintenance is billed separately and is optional. Redesigns, new pages or new features are quoted separately. Mistakes on our side are fixed free of charge.

How we work
  1. A 10-minute call. You tell us what you need; we give you the reference price.
  2. A mock-up of your home page, if the project interests you and the price works for you.
  3. The quote, with scope, timeline and price.
  4. The deposit: 50% when you sign the quote, subject to the legal withdrawal period where it applies.
  5. Your content: texts, photos, opening hours, prices. We send you a list of what we need.
  6. Going live, then the remaining 50%.
Dental practices

A sober website, approved by the dentist.

For a dental practice, the website stays informational. The dentist approves the content before it goes live; in France, it is also checked against a list based on the recommendations of the Ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes.

  • Practice and team presentation, treatments, directions and contact
  • A page on fees and payment methods
  • A link to your online booking and your phone number
  • No patient reviews, no comparisons, no promotions
  • No forms or chat that would collect medical information
What we don't do
  • Promise a Google ranking, a number of visits or new clients.
  • Keep your domain name: it is registered in your name.
  • Force maintenance on you: it is optional.
  • Include built-in booking, an online shop or integrations in the packages: those are quoted separately.
FAQ
How long does it take?

For Essentiel, about 10 working days from the moment we have all your content (texts, photos, opening hours, prices). For the other packages, the timeline is in the quote. From the start, we send you a list of what we need.

Who owns the domain name?

You do. It is registered in your name and its yearly renewal is paid by you: if you ever change provider, you keep your address.

Do prices include VAT?

What if I want to change something?

Two rounds of revisions are included before going live. After that, small changes are covered by maintenance (15 minutes a month with Essentiel, 1 hour with Sérénité, not cumulative); anything else is quoted. Mistakes on our side are fixed free of charge.

Where is the site hosted?

With maintenance, on a server located in France, with an HTTPS certificate and weekly backups. Without maintenance, hosting is not included: the quote explains how the site is handed over to you.

Do you handle SEO?

The site is built properly (structure, speed, mobile reading) so search engines can index it normally. We do not promise any position on Google.
