We do not carry out automated decisions producing legal effects on you. The website currently uses no analytics tools and no tracking cookies (see the Cookies Policy).

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area; in those cases transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We may also disclose your data to competent authorities where legally required.
For contracted services (other than this website), the full and up-to-date list of processors is provided as an annex to the data processing agreement (DPA) signed with each client.
4. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to diego@aionstudio.tech. We respond within 30 days at most.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR: encryption in transit (HTTPS at all times), access control with multi-factor authentication and data minimisation.
6. Minors
Our services are not directed at minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
