We do not carry out automated decisions producing legal effects on you. The website currently uses no analytics tools and no tracking cookies (see the Cookies Policy).
3. Business-to-business prospecting
We contact professionals (practices, shops, businesses) by phone, by email or by professional message (LinkedIn) to offer services related to their activity: websites, automation, phone answering. If we contacted you for this reason, this is how we handle your data.

Objecting is simple: you can object to prospecting at any time, without giving a reason, by saying so during the call, replying "stop" to our email or writing to diego@aionstudio.tech. Your objection is recorded and respected. You can also exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure (see section 5).
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or transfer your data. To run the website we rely on the following providers, acting as processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area; in those cases transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We may also disclose your data to competent authorities where legally required.
For contracted services (other than this website), the full and up-to-date list of processors is provided as an annex to the data processing agreement (DPA) signed with each client.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to diego@aionstudio.tech. We respond within 30 days at most.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR: encryption in transit (HTTPS at all times), access control with multi-factor authentication and data minimisation.
7. Minors
Our services are not directed at minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
